INNER COCKPIT
Fitted the internal cockpit sides and floor skins.
Position cockpit floor panels in place and add floor stiffeners as shown on T51-04-INS-1052, bond & rivet stiffeners in place.
- Fit all inner cockpit panels in place starting with the forward cockpit and working my way aft (all inner skins will over lap from fwd to aft).
-Match drill holes from outer skins to the inner panels and cleco in place.
-Hat rack to be bonded and riveted in place once upper bulkhead U9 is in place.
-Position the center pedestal in place as shown on T51-06-INS-1325, bond and rivet
(MF08-206) in place once radiator tube holes have been cut.
-Fit inner hoop panels & match drill where possible, cockpit edge cap will hold top edge in place along with the rivets for canopy rails.

6/19/2016 - 1 hrs - Cut the stiffener braces and marked and drilled the rivet lines

7/4/2016 - 5 hrs - Finish cutting support braces match drill #30 and cleo.
Decided how I want to attach the Aft section of the Cockpit floor

9/17/2016 - 1 hrs - Removed cockpit floor parts to be primed.
10/7/2016 - 4 hrs - Bond with Silicon Floor hat sections in Place.
10/8/2016 - 8 hrs - Glued and Bond floor with Hat sections and Rivet together

10/14/2016 - 4 hrs - Finished Glue and Rivet Floor and Bracket with Uralane.
10/15/2016 - 6 hrs - Bond right side panel and Rudder pedal guide in place.
10/16/2016 - 4 hrs - Riveted side panel and Rudder guide.
