HYDROLICS - LANDING GEAR PUMP

Install the mount for the Hydraulic pump.  

Had to switch location of the pump mount with the battery tray due to the extra downward supports from top of bulkhead number #9 down to the support braces for the pump and battery tray.

The battery tray would not fit between the downward supports but the pump mount could by trimming the forward section on each side to fit around the supports.  

This was discussed with the Titan factory and this was the solution they recommended for the location of the two.

9’/17/2016 - 3 hrs - Battery & Hydrolic pump mount cut hat sections, primed with dsuplicolor.

12/10/16 - 1 hr. Glued hat sections for the hydraulic and battery mount to rivet to.  Bonded the hydraulic and battery mount in place.

12/10/16 - Bottom View

- 1 hr to trim the pump mount forward section on each side to fit around the downward tube supports.

Drilled, Cleco and ready for riveting.
